OVERALL MANAGEMENT
This responsibility vests in the Western Cape Provincial Government and is exercised by a Director in the Housing Department. Since October 1998 this has been the Director: Professional & Technical Services, Mr. Andreas Fourie. His predecessor was Mr. James Slabbert.

CO-ORDINATION
The project is coordinated by Caleb Consulting cc, under the management of Mr. Gerry Adlard. Prior to October 1998 the same team coordinated the project, but under Holistic Settlements (Pty) Ltd, managed by Mr. Colin Appleton, who has since retired.

The facilitation of community involvement is undertaken by Matleng Development Consultants cc under the management of Mr. Mbuyiselo Nombembe.

The communication programme is undertaken by ConXtions, managed by Ms. Lorelle Bell.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The complete management of each "green fields" housing project that has taken place on Province-owned land has been placed with a firm of Civil Engineering contractors and project managers. They are:
